Allen Park Elementary strives to be a high performing school community inspiring high performing lifelong learners. Allen Park offers a strong academic program and learning opportunities for all students. At Allen Park, there is an increased focus on student engagement, rigor and differentiated learning in order to meet the needs of all students.
In addition, Allen Park is a Positive Behavior Intervention Support (PBIS) school. We teach and recognize positive behavior through the implementation of a data-driven, school-wide program. We provide a safe and supportive learning environment where students practice school-wide expectations with teachers and staff serving as positive role models. Our school-wide expectations are based off of the acronym S.H.I.N.E. which stands for Safe, Helpful, In Control, Nice, and Engaged.
