THRIVE! is Allen Park Elementary's 5th grade mentoring program, created through a partnership with Grace Church. The program pairs participating 5th grade students with a caring adult mentor who meets with them regularly throughout the school year to build positive relationships, encourage personal growth, and support their transition to middle school. Through engaging discussions, team-building activities, and consistent encouragement, THRIVE helps students develop confidence, character, leadership, and resilience while reinforcing that they are valued, capable, and supported by their school and community.
