Allen Park Principal

Mrs.Lisa Eastridge joined Allen Park Elementary as assistant principal in January, 2013. She became the principal in the fall of 2014. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Cincinnati Christian University, her Masters of Education from Xavier University and her Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Nova University.
She has taught in Lee County since 1985, served as an elementary and middle school teacher, and as the assistant principal of Lexington Middle. She is dedicated to helping each child reach their potential and become leaders in our community. She is a believer that learning is a life long process.

Mrs. Eastridge values family time with her husband who is a Campus Minister at FGCU and her two sons and daughter-in-law. Her sons attended Lee County schools K-12 and both graduated from FSU. She enjoys reading, watching football and going to the beach.


Allen Park Assistant Principal

In September of 2019, Mrs. Dana Philpott transitioned into the Assistant Principal role at Allen Park Elementary. Prior to her transition to Assistant Principal, Mrs. Philpott worked several years within a charter school system teaching elementary and middle school levels and joined the School District of Lee County in 2014.  She became part of the Allen Park Elementary family at the start of the 2015-2016 school year. In her time at Allen Park, she has also served as an Intervention Support Specialist, as well as a Reading Specialist. 

She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Western Carolina University and her Masters of Educational Leadership from Florida Gulf Coast University. Mrs. Philpott enjoys learning and supporting others in learning, as well as achieving their personal goals.

Mrs. Philpott enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her son is a student within the School District of Lee County. She also enjoys running and triathlons.
